When you rent, your rentals will arrive ready to design. After the fun has been had, place your used linens in the provided bags, and items in their labeled containers and return as is.
Although buying decorations for your event may seem like an โinvestmentโ, they become very time consuming to clean, fold, press and store before and after your event.

The Rental Process
Whether you are inquiring about rentals or day-of services, our process begins the same. Please fill out the inquiry contact form on our website. This will give us all the information we need to see if we have availability for your date and ensure we are the perfect match!
RENTALS + DESIGN
If you are in need of a large number of rentals and would like help with your overall design, a Rental + Design Consultation may be for you. Consultations can be done virtually on Zoom or in-person at our location by Cudworth, 10-12 months prior to your wedding. A quote for your rentals will be provided following our chat.
After our consultation you will feel as though your wedding plans are coming together!
RENTALS ONLY
If you wish to only send a list of your desired rentals to see availability, you can send a list of the items and the quantities you are inquiring about. We will then send you a quote for the available rentals.
We suggest booking rentals 8-12 months in advance, but you can reach out to see if your 2026 & 2027 date is available right now!

We are located on an acreage SW of Cudworth, Sask, off of Highway 2. 50 minutes NE of Saskatoon, Sask. Pick-up is on Thursday prior to your wedding between the hours of 10:00am - 5:00pm. Drop-off is at the same location on the following Monday between 9:30am - 2:00pm. When we schedule your pick-up time, we will send detailed directions and our location so the person picking up can easily locate us.
PRO-TIP: Pick-up or drop-off is a great job to delegate to someone who is wanting to help out on the final days before your wedding. We often coordinate with parents, siblings or members of the wedding party.

Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery during peak season (June to September) due to the high workload. Outside of these months, we try to be as accommodating as we can, but is determined by the number of events we have each weekend. Delivery begins at $0.70/km and depends on the location, the size and bulkiness of the order.

All rentals are packed in containers and boxes, ready for pick-up. Transportation of the rentals is the responsibility of the client, and a trailer is not included with standard rental bookings.
For added convenience, we do offer The Getaway Trailer at an additional cost. This option is designed to make pick-up and drop-off effortless. Your rentals will be fully loaded and ready to go. Simply hook up and roll away for a truly quick getaway.

We will clean all rentals once they are returned. You are only responsible to follow the instructions that are provided at pick-up and place all of your rentals back in the containers or bags you are provided with, we will handle the rest! For example: linens are to be shaken out and place in linen bags, wine glasses and cylinders are to be emptied and placed cup up.

Yes, to book any day-of services, there is a $400 rental minimum, some exclusion apply. Please inquiry for details.
To reserve rentals, we have a booking minimum of $60.

We require a 35% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract to reserve any rentals or services for your date. Without this, your rentals & date are not reserved for you and are available to others to rent. Final numbers are due 14 days prior to your wedding, with the final payment due 7 days prior. A $200 damage deposit will also be added to your final invoice.
Pick-up canโt be scheduled until the final payments is made. If all rentals are returned in proper manner, the damage deposit will be returned.
