If you have the planning under control, but would like to enjoy every moment of your day, let us help you handle the stress of the day by choosing a Day-of Service.

We also offer Planning Services for those who would like additional help planning a certain aspects of their day - to assisting with the whole planning process. All packages can be customizable — price is to-be-determined following an inquiry. Let’s chat, so we can create the perfect package to suit your needs!

Day-of Services

  • Feeling stressed about setting up and decorating your venue with your family and friends? Let’s ease that stress! We will assist you or your family with the overall set-up of your venue and final styling of decorations. Requires 5+ people to help.

    Option 1: One person $255 for 3 hours

    Option 2: Two people $380 for 3 hours

    *Includes one van load of rentals, mileage not included. Must have a minimum of $400 in rentals.

  • Let the SB Team handle the styling of your venue or teardown. With our attention to detail & design expertise, you will not be disappointed!

    • Detailed decor meeting 2 weeks prior to finalize your final count & decor plan.

    • Option for us to creation of a digital floor plan.

    • Includes drop-off fee.

    Starting at $490 + Mileage.

    *Price is determined by the date and time of set-up or teardown. Must have a minimum of $400 in rentals.

  • Let us handle the stress that may arise, while you and your family enjoys every moment of your special day!

    Will coordinate the following (but not limited to):

    • Work together to create a day-of itinerary (4-6 weeks prior).

    • Time management for an 8-hour day, $90/additional hours.

    • Coordination and communication between vendors on day-of.

    • Ceremony rehearsal, set-up, teardown and coverage extension packages available at additional cost.

    Starting at $790 + Mileage

  • Full day coverage beginning with the ceremony preparation until the last guest leaves to take care of all the details.

    • Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors (if required)

    • Oversee late night lunch

    • Gather gifts, cards and personal items and hand them off to a designated person

    • Reception teardown following the dance

    Starting at $515 + Day-of Coordination Cost.

The Getaway Trailer service is now available as an add-on with your rentals!

Want to make pick-up and drop-off of your rentals even easier? We will have your rentals loaded so all you have to do is hook up & roll away. Making for a quick getaway! 

  • $350 for a 4 day weekend (Thursday-Monday)

  • Able to be pulled by an SUV

  • Hitch available for $15

  • $250 deposit required to book

  • SOMETHING OLD - Micro Planning Partnership

    Need help getting the planning process started or stuck along the way? These three sessions are tailored to your needs when you need it the most!

    First session: Initial consultation to determine your style, needs, etc. Includes vendor research and selection assistance.

    Second session: Open session tailored to your planning needs (budget planning, timeline planning, venue visit, etc).

    Third session: Venue decoration layout and digital floor plan or open session.

    Additions: Timelines to help you stay on schedule for planning your big day. Day of coordination, set-up & teardown options available at a discounted rate.

    Starting at $450 + tax & price of rentals

  • SOMETHING NEW - Power Planning

    One planning sessions to kickstart your planning or get you out of the planning slums!

    • One 60 minute planning session where you ask all your wedding planning questions you may have in a power hour session

    • Questions may include vendors suggestions, timeline, budget, family situations, ceremony or recpetion details, floor plan, etc.

    • We will provide you will a written transcript with ideas to set you on your way

    • Additional sessions are available at a discount rate
